Over the years as a leader in recruitment, I felt there was something missing. Every day, my team and I would recruit for our clients and help them reach their goals by connecting them with the most important element: people. But the biggest struggle we faced internally every day was to recruit the right talent for us. As recruitment experts, we would offer career advice, insights, and coaching to our candidates, but there was no such support for us as recruiters.

My experience within recruitment in Switzerland spans 16 years, 13 of which I spent in management and leadership roles. I've personally launched two professional brands in Switzerland, as well as previously opening and leading offices with recruitment teams of up to 40 people in Zurich, Basel, Geneva, and Lausanne. I've also hired and trained sourcers, consultants, team leaders, managers, and directors, so I am perfectly positioned to understand your needs and identify top talent and opportunities.
