Katrina Meisberger
Starting my journey in Frankfurt's lively tech world in 2006, I jumped into IT recruitment, blending it with my interests in coding, digital art, and photography. My motto? "Everything is a Remix." I believe in creating new things by mixing, reimagining, and reshaping old ones. By drawing from the past, we can develop fresh, exciting ideas that combine tradition and the present into something special.
Supporting women in their careers has been important to me for over 15 years, a passion that sparked from my early challenges in the industry. This led me to start the She Recruits Community, which has more than a thousand members. It's a place for women in HR and recruitment to feel empowered and supported.
My love for Switzerland has deeply influenced my work in finding talent and digital art projects. A creative break in Los Angeles from 2014 to 2018 brought new inspiration into my life. Today, as the Creative Lead at We Recruit, I combine my love for digital creativity with recruitment, aiming to get a fresh touch to our brand and strategies.
